End Of Tenancy Cleans

Hello all,

sometime since i have been on here I am looking for any help advice on end of tenancy cleans.
Have a mtg with a large property houing association  who are looking to awrd 12 month contract for
e o t cleans.We do them currently for private customers but wondered what info they may require
such as references H & S ect ect.If anybody has been throgh this scenario   any help would be much appreciated

Hi

It will depend on the housing association. I have just taken on a grounds maintenance contract with one and the paperwork was horrific. There were 40ish pages in all along with insurance details, risk and method statements and references. Once your in though its all good.

As JJ has just said it depends on the association as JJ I have just filled in 61 pages just to hoover 2 hallways !!!! and provide H&S - Method Statment - Insurance ect.......
