WORN OUT BRUSHES.

Hi,
I have a couple of vikan brushes, flocked... just noticed today that the one i use all the time is not flocked anymore..... does that mean its worn out? and needs replacing.
the other is fine..
i know it sounds a daft question but how can you tell when its worn out anyway..
do we wait until all the hairs have all fallen out? lol

Also, it now feels a bit rubbery when washing the glass but i must say it still cleans fine...its turned into a non-flocked brush i suppose.

If your not sure which side the pipes should be fitted then its time to get a new brush.
Get monofillament type brush as i find they make a much better job than flocked.

i have no idea mate
but now somebody has answered your post
The old vikan oval i use for downs is missing about a third of the red rubber trim around the head (catching it on brickwork
) but the bristles seem okay and it cleans fine,i shall use it till it starts causing probs i spose

well when they are flocked they are flocked, when they are not they are not..
and you can buy both, so if a flocked is worn it looks like every other brush, and the pipes are the same from top to bottom,
God, ive just realised you mean the tubes from pole to brush
