cut the bill

i cleaneda full kitchen for a pub in stafford as i have done before no problems , this time the manager rings up and complains two chips behind fryer and a bit of grease. he wants to take off £30 for having to do himself.  i said no and spoke to the owner , he wants to take £50 off . we do this clean every 3 weeks , not any more.i think they are taking the P.

I am afraid it seems the norm lately, everyone is cutting costs and seeing how much they can grab back :(

Thats not a problem - put the bill up in april and blame the budget, increased insurance, diesel etc etc etc
