I used to work as a self employed sub contractor for a very small window cleaning firm, when i first started i was told i wouldn't have to pay for any supplies as they would be bought for me. The trouble was that this firm cleans using wet mop dry scrim and i use applicator and blade. I've always had to buy my own rubbers, cleaning fluid, blades for my scraper, clips for my blade, scrims and cloths. I've now left and thinking about billing him for the goods i've used in the last year. What do you think would you bill him or just forget it and let him get on with making a rubbish job and rubbish money?
