I had one old biddy that complained her footpaths were getting wet,... she got quite upset when I asked here what she did when it rains!!  ;D ;D
She was one of those fussy annoying ones that was always close to the edge anyway, so she was promptly dropped,.... and replaced within the week.

 ;D ;D ;D

hi mike
i changed over to wfp 2 months ago and its the best thing ive everdone. never heard of pure water marking the walls total rubbish, just assure your custis of what a great job wfp will do, not only to there windows but also there plastic frames, 2 jobs for the price of one thats what i tell them and alls been fine. ive only lost two custis because they dont like wfp, but have picked up lots more new ones. plus commercial work .
just go for it mate

Lol.  I have had 2 customers cancel me because they 'don't like everything getting wet'

I asked them what they do when it rains.  they huffed and slamed the door :D

Peopple use it as an excuse because they want people up a ladder like they remember from childhood.  Just tell them you would rather be without the work than in a wheelchair for life ort worse...

Had one say I was making her mud and grass wet.
I said it was safer for me because of my back and she said I want you to go back up ladders, I canceled her for that comment I repect everyone till they show disrespect to me.

Going wfp is a great move business wise and also the safety side. My advice is dont worry just do it you will always find some people moan even if you are trad they still moan.

Good luck you will not regret it  ;)

ive been wfp now for 2 yrs and now only have 4 customers who get a trad clean, and they are bungy's. All my old customers think its great, its the new customers/enquiries who seem to find it hard grasping the idea that pure water isnt tap water and that it does eventually dry clear. Also, some people just dont like the idea no matter what, but then some people didnt like the idea that the earth was round. Just dont take them on as customers. It was the best move i made from trad to wfp. 8) Syd

If  a customer complains about the water, I usually ask them how they cope when it rains! It seems a lot to get used to for some reason. I doubt it does much damage if any.
