If Magic Water comes from Germany and you "mist" it, it might be interesting to look up what the German word "mist" means.  Might give you the answer to what Magic Water is?

my german friend tells me there are at least 2 meanings for the word "mist"

1. merde
2. **llocks

there maybe more but i am unsure.......

gloeckner............ roughly translated means " the bell ringer from notre dame"
