I do majority of letting cleans, the main reason behind this is that all the properties are pre-inspected and the clean is itemised (most of the time)
I just had my first probable claim at the end of '04 (not a nice way to end the year)
Hopw many of you that do domestic have had problems with people trying it on and try to claim against you and what was the outcome?
Just curious as we do live in a very litigious society
