3M Scotchguard Services
« on: February 15, 2008, 08:01:49 am »
PaulKing in another topic mentioned they had a test kit for water and oil.

But I was under the impresion  that the Uk version on Scothguard was no longer available apart from aresol cans  from Homebase for £4.99

And the only product from 3M available was from Prochem

If the 3M product is available where do you get it

Just show how good Prochem suppliers are.

I visited what I thought was Norfolks premier suppliers the other week as I was working in Norwich had a good look at products on shelf did not see any.

Although I did not ask for one I was not offered a new Cat.

Actually it was 3M who got upset, most companies advertising scotchgard where not using it as it was only officially available to licensee holder, however there was a 3m carpet protector also sold at the same time. Remember your going back  20 years here. Things where a little different with regards to grey imports.

Ian then said

Yeah but some Derek Bolton has been going on about how bad people were using the name without being authourised.

Now we can all offer the service ,
