I currently do communal cleaning for a number of sites/factors and was viewing a new one I may be taking on, when I met the house builders area manager. She asked me to send in details of what I did, and prices. I only do communal cleans, and once, a builders clean on one block of flats, so I don`t know what to send in. I could only think of builders clean, and maybe the showhome clean, but does anyone know of anything else, how to price it, and where I could find information on it?
