PRICING - How much for 35 apartments ?
« on: January 14, 2008, 11:15:41 pm »
I am currently pricing for external window cleaning using wfp for a block of 35 apartments & i looking to see what each of you would charge to clean them as a package.

What price should i be looking at per apartment.

They are ground, middle & top floors, not big windows.

Just looking to see what you would charge,

thanks

i would calculate how long it would take for each apartment, or job depending on your speed, and then calculate the amount of hours by how much you want per hour, plus a little more ontop.

£5 - £8 per flat without inset balcoys, more if ladders or internal access is required....that's the sort of range I would work at, assuming the contract was for the whole building, not 35 out of 45 missing windows here and there.

Jon-scwindows is spot on with his advice.

im trad myself though believe pricing would be in the region of
£2  each top floor window

£1.50 each middle floor window

£1.00 each bottom window

though both jonscwindows and marks ideas are good guides also
just go with what you feel is right yourself

I think you should work out how long it will take to clean and work price out on the time you are there. This is what i do and it works well for me.
