What prices and how often are you going to the communal cleans. Would be a great help to ascertain correct pricing and how it works. Thanks

 there are 7 communals to hoover,polish etc every week with more to follow.

how much would you charge to do these ?

I reckon it can be done in 3-4 hours.

Are there stairs and do you have to clean windows and doors inside and bannisters?

dont have to clean windows,we do that.

Hoover,brush stairs,wipe banisters,etc.

There are 3 floors, you know which style of stairs i mean, the apartments they are building everywhere.
