I try not to take on any weekly clean for less than £40, though I do have one or two exceptions (eg really small bungalows, pensioners etc).

Whether the house is clean or not makes no difference, you still have to do the job. Some of our houses are so clean that it's hard to find anything that needs cleaning.

It would be nice if I could say £40 minimum. But at the moment, I just need to take work on. I have said a minimum of £30 a visit, which i think is fair then eventually we will be able to group a few little ones close together into day
