Difficult to NOT maintain your standards, in this situation, especially when it's a regular client, in which case I'd just " bite the bullet " and remind myself of the  referals and regular work they give me.

Totally agree with you but I do run through what I do on each package and what they offer and the reason for the service differences.

I know that the clean and groom is not the best way to clean a carpet but there is a market for it, its not splash and dash as it is explained in detail what I am going to do. I even tell them that its not the best way to do it but people want it and the results are still very good. Even had refferals from this service.
