How much water do you need every day Jason?

I know a lad who uses an RO-MAN 200 GPD unit in a very hard water area. He uses about 250 to 300 litres a day and it costs him peanuts to run. A change of pre-filters every 6 months or so and I don't think he buys more than 1 to 2 bags of resin a year. Importantly he isn't on a water meter either.

RO-MAN sell industry standard units, so they are as good as all the others

The RO-man ones are good,.. but the waste ratio on the smaller units is quite high. If you go for one of the small ones with multiple membranes (The 300 GPD has 3 X 100GPD membranes) the waste is drastically reduced,.. and a booster pump can improve the ratio further,.. very handy if you are on a meter.
