Bit pricy for £170 worth, I agree LWC. But that's £170 off of ladders which he claims can be done in a day - if true then I would have thought 3x would be ok (£510)

not sure i understand your question, it would be nice to sell for 4x...who cant clean for 3 years?

if you see £700 a fair amount for £170 a month? well i just see that as alot! £170 a day is ok...but i just see it as ridiculous to charge that much for it.

170. days work 700 quid . 12x 170 =2040 .if i was a newbie in the area .or i was looking for more work .id think about it . i reckon he ll have no problem selling for asking price

£700 for £170 a month work could be cheap if the work is very good or very expensive if work is rubbish, I would sell my rounds tomorrow for 8x.
