I'm pricing this as day work, its the only way to get this type of Job per flat would be way over the top,
I'm just looking to see what sort of prices you guy's would charge and were all pricing in the same region, there are 34 flats altogether and its all been done for the past 18 months with wfp and will continue until 1st March 2008.

I'll let you all into a little secret ;) The boss and I had a cupa with the manager and a plate of biccky's  ;D, she gave me the price of last years Tender (and  showed me) She also told me if the guy put in another Tender she would phone me with his revised price, I tried to get a little more info out of her regarding the present W/C but all I could get out of her, was herself and the old flok were not happy with him. and what ever happens they want another W/C and someone recommended me,  and found out it was the Childrens home I do.
pricing per flat on that scale does work, but the price would not be the same for 1 flat as it would be for 30+ I would go for £170 34 x£5, and looking at the other quotes there is near on right, could drop to £4 per flat at £136 if it would take half a day

Jeff, mate, too much information, edit some of what you've already put, the old wc could click on, or be told about this.
