tank, pump & hose reel (with hose ofcourse)

Approx
tank - 120
pump - 80 (i would personaly go for a ready made pump box that will plug into cig' lighter socket, a bit dearer, about 200 i think)
reel + hose - 120

plus a few bits of 1/2" hose & hoselok connectors to plumb it up, say a tenner.

250 tank will be ok to ease you into WFP but it won`t be big enough long term.

If you have the Room just baffle a 1000L IBC in the back then you can take what you want, and you can run two man set up no problem.

If i was i would  get a 400ltr tank, not much more money and will be better than a 250ltr

Yes, mine is a ready made pump box from cleantech, just plugs into cig' lighter socket, it's over 3.5 years old & has never once let me down yet. ;) plug in, switch on, day after day. :)
