this is the reply that i received, as to what his house size is

Hi Its a 4 bedroom detached. 11 windows, 3 doors, a porch, 1 set of pation doors and a garage door. Think thats everything. No conservatory. Let me know if you can help

carl we do a lot of work in sutton we would take a look depends where the house is, may be on a road we already work in
