Does anyone know where i can one from so that i can fit the pump to the hose in a static tank.

or is it worth putting cable ties on or will the pressure of the water when turned on blow them off.

I got away with a couple of meaty zip ties. If that don't work you need stainless steel.

will try the cable ties but the metal jubilees will just corrode in the pure water, wont it?
