hi martin,
wouldnt that be the same for a lot of clients, if somebody else comes along and offers better, then you can be dropped and away they go.
we recently have picked up a lot of work, and therefore the existing supplier has been dumped.
its really just business
regards
martin

Hi Martin
You are quite correct that is just business but people who are Just coming into the industry might not realise this. As you are well aware clients can be extremely fussy, some will bring up the problem and you can get on with the contract, for others you will cease to exist.

Just read comments on being dropped from jobs. On commercial cleaning contracts this isn't strictly true. A contract with the client will be in place and a three month period would have to be given to terminate the job.
Martin 606 is correct though talking about letting agents doing this, even if you have a contract in place with them how do you know that you alone are recieving all of their work.

What happens when you run out of letting agents. Apart from other company letting them down what do you do to get back in there asuming the quality of your work is ok,

Hi
This is a very tough one. As they will not necessarily tell you what you did wrong in the 1st place, and as Fox pointed out you are probably not the only one getting work in the 1st place.
With letting agents, they are getting info packs from companies every day, so competition is fierce. You can be doing excellent work for them for ages and mess up on one job and be dropped, especially when the inventory clerks come round.
