Hi Guys, Been out most of the day, hence the delay in replying.
Silicon aquarium hose? Thought had crossed my mind and I dismissed it as I didn't think it would take the pressure form the pump when you stop the flow. I'm even having trouble with the 6mm PVC hose I'm using at the mo holding the pressure. It doesn't come off but it does leak. I'm having to use small cable ties to clamp it to the connector. I've got some silicon aquarium hose in a cupboard somewhere. I'll have to experiment.
I'm thinking that the reinforced microbore would probably be more difficult to handle. Could be very wrong though. Thats why I was hoping for some feedback.
Hi Simon, I'm enjoying it so far but I've a long way to go yet.
Had a, 'Been there, done that got the 'T' shirt,' type older chap this week. Wouldn't listen to a word I had to say at first. Said: 'I want someone up a ladder doing the job properly, bit of elbow grease and wiping all the frames over.' 'I got one of those stick things meself. I might as well do them meself if thats all ya gonna do.'
Once he let me get a word in edgeways, I explained the difference tween my brush on a telescopic pole and his mop on a stick and he's condesended to let my at least demonstrate it on the first visit with it. So we shall see.
Many of those I've done wfp for the first time so far have been pleasantly surprised how well it works. I've been telling them to go out and look at their frames upstairs before I start and then to note them afterwould. It kinda takes their minds off any light spotting on their windows when they see how good the frames come up as well.
