You've been done ww and he was that smooth you didn't even ask about his web site.

I wonder how you are going to do this. If it was me, i would get the system and go out on your own doing a few. You can't expect to just throw it at your lads and for them to be okay with it.

It will be a brilliant business move on your part and you will kick yourself for not doing it sooner, but that's not to say you won't have problems. Probably problems that you can't forsee like one of your lads setting up on his own.

The reason there aren't many comments on hot water is that not many of us have got it. Those that have it say it's a good selling point for commercial.

Hello my person helper lol. I will be going out myself and doing the windows with wfp, cant say how to do it ohterwise can I?
My staff can go do it on there own if they want, not much i can do about it, but the contact i have stops them from doing the customers that we already clean  ;)

as for the website, if they need me then they know my address, I am fully booked for the next 2 weeks for web design, and marketing but i guess I can add a few more to start the week after  ;D VG email me your webaddress please design@windowwashers.co.uk as I said I will help you if i can, dont be shy your not when replying to my posts  :P

had a test on hot water today from concept20 results on dirty windows was very very good, would say first clean was nearly as good as me doing the trad.

First time I have seen a lady clean windows, I take my hat off to her, she did a good job, but she cant do regular as they are from wales  ::)

How much did they want for a system.

Wfp is great, but there is a temptation to rush.

Doing your own house is a good lesson because you get to see your mistakes from the inside.

I think your customers will be okay.

some of my mates went to see those guys. Buy a system off somebody like Gardiners instead. Hot water isnt worth that much money, trust me after your first cleans wfp is so easy that hot water wouldnt save you much time at all. If you could have it cheaper then it would be worth it but more for the non freezing reasons. We are at the stage where we are doing our round wfp second time round and it is so easy, hot water wouldnt save me any time at all, all I do is quicly rub the frames, glass then rinse, hot water wouldnt help doing this! If the last post hasnt answered your question then this will, Crystal Clear who clean the Millenium Stadium, Welsh Assembley building use cold water, if they thought it would save a considerable amount of time they would use hot water. Remeber wfp has reached a stage where the market is very competative and now companies need selling points just like we do with our buisness ( uniforms, insurance ). Hot water is a selling point to make extra money, they want to make out that a diy system isnt good enough and this is the next big thing. You see this type of marketing everywhere ( windowwashers, you should know about computer companies and the way they make out a past system is dated and now you need this new one ) Luke

some of your point is true Luke, thats the third time in as many days  ;) but hot water drys quicker "Fact" I do not know how long it takes a cold wate sysy to dry in the winter as it is not winter, but if you think about it you would not wash up your dishes in cold water the reaosn why is hot is better at breaking down the dirt.

If anyone whats to comment on what i just said please feel free I could be wrong  ::) .

you could be wrong.

Don't know. But my cold water does the job, and has for nearly three years. I would change if it wasn't thousands and it was proven to be better.

How could it be better than my good results? Maybe perfect from first go? So? You only do a first clean once per house....
