« on: September 19, 2007, 11:28:44 am »
 hi another dumb question :)

i have just had my tank fitted and there is an outlet at the bottom of the tank
have screwed plastic fitting that came with it. and water leaks out from the head of the fitting.it looks like some kind of water release system the head of the fitting
turns but doesnt matter where you turn it too it still leaks.

do we have to buy another fitting to seal this.we are going tap di hose to tank in van and i am using my freedom trolley as a tank system. so not looking for all the usual gubbings.

is the fitting faulty or as i said above do we need another fitting

please help before i drown :)

Gary are you on about a Tap fitting?

If so check for grit inside this can cause a leak, if no grit, then tell your supplier the tap is faulty.
