What is your opinion to our mission statement folks ???

Modern technology has contributed much to the improvement of cleaning maintenance service. Recognizing this fact, we have has taken the opportunity of combining advanced technology with the time-honored values of courtesy and responsibility, and has come up with a kind of service that is highly efficient yet refreshingly personal.
Our drive for excellence and personal care makes us responsive and sensitive to the quality of service we provide our business partners. Our service team does not stop professionalizing and learning new techniques and methodologies in cleaning maintenance. Our objective and pride is a client satisfied.

no have'nt worked in advertising,but all our work is commercial and the kiss of the blaney is what  gets the contract but really if you show customers that you are serious about giving value for their money they are handing over it can set you apart in the sometimes cowboy world of cleaning.

Just be aware that it's really easy to find out the source of stuff with Google nowadays - it sounds great but all you need is for them to find you out and you could get done for copyright etc.

We rejected a cleaning company at my last job cause they ripped their contracts from another company but had left the other company's name in in places - it was ethics cause we'd be annoyed if someone had ripped us off.

I proofread it and have made a couple of small alterations.  Some typos corrected, some wordings changed.  But overall a great mission statement...
