Hi Guys,

One of the hardest things about starting a new business is getting enough money initially to pay the bills.

Carpet cleaning is a hard business to get established in.

This is BAD for all the new aspiring carpet cleaners and GOOD for all the establised carpet cleaners.

Imagine if CC was really easy to establish, you would quickly build up lots of work and live happily ever after :D

But hang on a minute , 3 other guys have started in your'e area and have quickly built up lots of work , YOURS  >:(

So being hard to establish is actually an advantage because once you've done it , you will have a strong market position which will not easily dissapear.

Advertising which works,

Leaflets,
Face to face selling,
YP/Yell,
Internet,
Letters to old customers,
Letters to business with a follow up call.
Sign written van.
High quality cleaning.

Advertising whisch does'ent work.#

Everything else :o

Cheers,

Doug
