heres my idea for the perfect brush, buy a 11inch carbontech stock with bristles, buy a bentley brush. Then cut all the bentley down so you have the thread and a small squre section to glue onto the carbontech. Remove the bristles off the bentley and use araldite to glue it to the carbontech. Then glue jets into the holes in the carbontech. Luke

yeah, I had the idea when I was looking at the carbontech brush while my system was getting fitted, they are so light, the bristles nearly stick out at the back because it is so thin!!! Luke

If i was to try that i would try it on an old brush first to see if it bonds well enough and then try it for real on a tucker brush, the good thing about the tuker brushes is that they do them in smaller sizes aswell. If they sold tuker brushes with a standard screw thread they would litterally clean up.

Yip, do it on a tucker, not a carbontech, there not that great. The tuckers are great. If only they had a standard screw....

good brainstorming so far
can i say that getting bristles in drilled out hole
could be difficult+might not fill all the hole with bristles
irregular+skewed angle
what about dunking them in cement/araldite+tieing the bottom with string/wire
when dry insert into araldite coated hole
seems a lot of mucking about
but the lighter your gear the less exhausted you are+capacity to work longer increases
heaving 1or2 lbs less all day has big effects

I reckon you could go too light and lose any scrubbing power in the end.

Jikwan we don`t mean take out the bristles in a brush,we mean take all the bristles out of the bentley brush and use it as a plate to bond to the top of a tucker brush.

By doing this you have a perfect thread for all your poles and the plate with thread will weigh nothing.

ahh got ya now, I was getting worried a little bit was taking me back to my fishing days, using poles ok, I was thinking next we would be making flys from the bristals in the brushes
