Hi Guys, got chance of this job, need to price it. What do you think???
Need an initial clean price for in and out.
Insides are going to be so tricky, lots of awkward ladder work due to things in way i.e. esculators, ticket machines ect. have tried to show on pics.

A price for bottom two pain's all round to be cleaned monthly. (head height at street level)

A price for all outsides every three months.

Only the clear glass to be cleaned on outsides, not the top frosted stuff.

Let me know what ya reckon to do this job guys??

I doubt they will pay this thou as they wont need it all cleaning everytime so I would offer them different types of clean .. say monthly on the front bottom panel + inside doors and quarterly on the outs & 6mthly for a complete clean in & out

Initial Clean Inside & Out = £420- £450

2 panes high, Monthly      = £60

Outside 3 Monthly            = £180-£200

Remember, although Exeter seems to be a booming city, a lot of companies down here are years behind when it comes to paying good rates
