Hi all.
This weather is lovely. It's great to work outside and I'm certainly not complaining, however............
Being able to reach windows five stories up brings it's own problems in the shape of the flats below if they don't have their windows cleaned.
There's one estate I do in Plymouth where I clean a lot of windows three and four floors up. My problem is that a lot of the residents living in flats below my customers either moan when water runs down their windows or, worse still, leave their windows open when they go to work and they're too bloody stiff to shut easily with my pole.
What do you do?
Do you just think sod it and let your water drip through their windows and soak their carpets? I'm not leaving my customers' windows dirty so what's the remedy?
The "water on my windows" moaners just get told that it's only water and wont hurt them, but if they've just cleaned them I can understand their gripe, even if I don't tell them that!!
There must be plenty of you out there with the same problem, so how do you get over it??
