I've been thinking that what I'm going to do go out this weekend with all my gear and leaflets and go canvassing all day and if somebody says when can you come I'll just do them there and then. Then when I finish I'm just going to buy wfp equipment with the cash I've earned. Therefore the extra money I earn this weekend will not affect my cashflow for next week and I've got the ideal place. As for the guy I was talking about he phoned me at 4 o'clock this afternoon and I said I can't, I'm too busy but you can take the young lad I've trained up. Which he has agreed to  ;D. Anyway looking forward to the weekend as there is nothing better than coming home with a pocket full of notes when you haven't even worked on your round. After yesterday I'm confident I can make a day out of it or a weekend and I haven't canvassed for a while so it will be a good bit of fun.

VG Window Cleaners,

Its a strange situation going from a big window cleaning company to doing it for myself but I've really enjoyed it and were as with most people they get the idea of running a domestic round but find it hard to get bigger, I had the chance to see how a big cleaning company works and how they find their work and modeled myself on that. I enjoy being my own boss but am still acting like a supervisor in my old firm rather than as you say realizing that the whole show is my own but hopefully with this technique I will not find it as hard as someone with no previous ideas of how to man manage.
