backpack times tested
«

I have noticed a lot of people have been asking how long does a full tank last for.
So I did a test with my 16L shurflo backpack.
All 4 settings were tested with bang on 16L in the tank.
Setting 1 = slowest
Setting 4 = fastest
Results
Setting 1 = 15:52s
Setting 2 = 10:32s
Setting 3 = 8:40s
Setting 4 = 8:06
THIS TEST WAS DONE WITH A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY AND 2MM PENCIL JETS

this doesnt seem lot in figures, i just use setting 1 and find it ample. and it lasts me age. 15 mins is constant use. i turn off between windows. i can make it last quite a while!
for example, i one street i did 5 x 3 bed houses 2 with conservs, with 2 backpacks...in 40 mins too

i dont feel setting 1 gives enough strength for a good rinse... 2 seems ideal for me.

my setting 1 flies out, there is no way you could call it a trickle.

i use setting 4 ( FULLPOWER) all the time
OK, I'm in Spain and need more rinse but even in UK the difference in water and time compared to risk of spots etc seemed no contest.

Where do you set your varistream Dai to give you the same flow rate as the backpack on setting 2.
