I cleaned with my tap water which is 030ppm.

some windows came up near perfect but others there was a few spots here and there.

spoke to www.gapswater.co.uk and was told that any thing under 10 tds is ok for washing
 windows, so that means I could take the di away and use ro only as the tds from ro is 4 ppm
Will it work I do my own on saturday and find out EDD

i use freedom trolley with 25lit containers  i get 000 after DI
been using RO 001 for trad work 10 times better than tapwater
if you dont use the DI algae foms v quickly in the drums or whatever you use  the water goes green   and its not easy to clean inside of drums
imagine rinsing with green water
a quick transfer of water-you get away with it   store it in an estate van as i do  with lots of sunlight  goes green
only solution is black plastic drums  no light enters

Generally for work I will go no higher than 001ppm, 000ppm is best though.

 Did a job the other day that had extreme access problems but had an outside tap by this section of windows. Used the water straight from the tap (about 050ppm) , came out near perfect.

before i set up my own r.o system i was buying water of a t***t and the tds was 20,no wonder i was getting crap results
