You are going to be more specific than that mate.
How long is a piece of string? comes to mind.

What was the building used for previously?

You are going to need to give room sizes, number of cupboards, if there are people on site you need to do a risk assessment and method statement, if you are employing staff you need to make sure they are up to speed and legal.

And also get it signed off at the end.

Then give them a maintenance clean price for the regular cleaning.

Its a Womans hostel so used for living in, i dnt no the exact measurements of the rooms but probably normal sized rooms, with say 25 cupboards all in all. didnt want exact price frm you just a rough guide. yeah all staff are insured etc

i forgot to say also they want a price for emergency cleaning, when a woman leaves they need the room cleanded and ready for the next person

Have a think, and look at each room and add a time to it, work through the building like that then ad all your times up ad 1hr 30 to 2hrs on top for good luck then apply your rate you charge for example total time 20hrs then 20 x £15 = £300. and price according to how busy you are if your desperate for work go in lower if you packed out go in higher, easy peasy lemon squezey. thanks phill, was thinking of charging around £120 for each floor level so abt £360 all in all.  Pay two cleaners days work there, so £80 each....

You said in your first post that they might want it done every 3 months.

DO NOT give them a discount based on the promise of more work.

Phils advice is spot on.

Good luck

Arthurs right, I fell for the promise of work loads of times in the begining, busted a gut on ocasions only not to get regular work. one job springs to mind priced a job on the promise of extra work, it was a right mess, 3 bed house, filthy, did a really good job, under priced first clean never called back then a year later the same person phoned and she did not know we cleaned a year earlier, same promiss same tip, so I trebbled my price this time did the job and you guessed never got a call back. but made money this time. kind regards Phil
