How bout that then, the fella phones me today extremely apologetic says, " I done my settee then put the machine in me van and forgot I even had it"

Plus he gets no signal on his mobile where he lives(it`s a tiny village in the middle of no where)

so any way I got me machine back and he give me £20 as well and we`re still mates so it all ends well.

Glad you got youre money-earner back chap! I would have "persuaded" this Two hat to compensate me for loss of earnings tho Although  the story of neglecting to remember that the machine was in his van sounds ominous? A vito is not the largest of vans and a steempro is not the smallest of machines!! Its not like losing a bag of crisps in the driver's door bin. Still, all's well that ends well i suppose. :
