Staff .. . pain in the back
« on: May 29, 2007, 04:16:27 pm »
Yes, they are a pain in the back, but mine are also complaining about pains in their backs!

Now, I muck in and do a few of out commercial premises myself and use a trusty Henry, the same as one of my other ladies.

Spoke to her today to confirm all OK for the coming week & all she did was complain about how hoovering makes her back hurt.

Now, she uses the same as me (another Henry), but seems to be having real problems.  Not entirely sure whether this is just the first excuse in order to gently back away from me, or whether there's a problem which I can help to address.

I'm constantly flabbergasted at the moment . .. it's as if everyone I employ have never used a vac before!

Hi

Go through proper technique with her ASAP and get her to sign she has had the correct training for that equipment.

This may be the start of a claim against you, act fast, act now!

IE:one way is longer than the other, ;D
