each room will probably ahve a bathroom
the bathrooms take the longest, so you need to allow for that.
what size are the rooms??
ont be fooled into thinking that the corridors are easy.
have you got your CIS details 'new scheme' to give to the client. you will need those, so they can pay you.
if you look at in the following way, each room is really like a bedsit, therefore if they wanted one visit clean, then you could say £125 per unit, multiplied by number of units.
you may also find that the builderr wants you to use 110v vacs instead of 240v.
whichever the case, use either henry type, or the grey numatic contractor vacs. totally bullet proof, and relaible.
if trades are still on site, then try to get a timeframe from the site agent as to there deadlines.
