What are they like
self cleaning glass !
i would like it to clean of the seagull muck in a month
thats if it rains this month
sorry but the birds still s..t weather it rains or not ,and as for the frames
dont even go there! green on the back and covered in dust from the road on the front

Sorry to rant but this makes so angry

Take yesterday
cleaned a customer for the first time with wfp
and for a long time have not been able to clean her windows above both the conservatory and a small roof
any way we turn up did the backs and she was impressed
she then asked if we would clean the con roof , but did we mine she was going out  and could we move the van
( all the hose out and that ) so we had to pack up move the van to let her out and then  start again
then she says if i have the back windows cleaned upstairs every time it will make the con roof dirty with the water
its at  this point i thought  loads of money but no common sense
some people have no idea
but they all have self cleaning glass

what ever next?? :

It dosen`t work i`ve got a few houses with it fitted and they ask me to come more often.

one of my customers had a conservatory with the stuff fitted.
Said not to clean it cos its self cleaning.

It is filthy after three months and there's still no sign of it cleaning itself. I think she's to proud to ask me...

These companies are always comming up with these so called clever ideas. Some years ago there was a product advertised in the national press that would apparently save from having to clean your windows for a whole year. You polished onto your windows and it supposedly prevented the dirt from sticking to them. I lost a handful of customers who tried it, only to gain them back a couple of months later complaining that now when the bird muck hit the top of their windows instead of sticking there it slid all the way to the bottom making an even worse mess than before. I've never yet come accross one of these products that 'does what it says on the tin.'
