Hi all does anyone ran a wc round that have moved to a new area,gets the staff to run it for them,and employes a money collector to collect in.Just would like to know if this works for any window cleaners,only maybe movin soon,and it took me years to get this work so good.Have lots of work and dont want to sell any,employ 3 staff and got enough to work thought the year

I have a guy who carries out a round for me 50 miles from myself. I see him once a week to collect money from him. He has my van, he fills it up every night but i book all the work in for him and mail him his schedule for each day!! I trust him 100%! Thats the key!
