Just ask the bank to give you your last 6 years bank charges only, it should only cost you £10.

They have to suppy them to you by law, doesn't matter whether its business account or private.

Iv just filled a court claim against Abbey on my wifes behalf, £412 they sent her a letter the other day and credited £85 back into the account, i expect the rest within a couple weeks.

Will be doing mine soon as soon as i get back on my feet and stop racking up more charges,  i reckon im looking about £2500 from that one
