Lost my leaflet guy, He's been doing it for a year fine and then I found out he was dumping them this January.

Problem is that would any of us do it for £20 per 1000, I know i would not. It take's me an hour to do 100 or so.

Cheers

Neil

Slave labour, you should be locked up for that!!
That said, if he's got any sense he'll probably be ditching most of them, or using them to fuel his open fire at home.

Surely if someone is doing £20 per thousand they are  delivering around 3 sets for 3 companies?  Then they see more like £60,  that would take approx 5hrs or £12 per hr..

I have been trying to find someone to deliver leaflets for a while now aswell. Can't understand why people would deliver leaflets at £10-£20 per 1000 they can't be making hardly anything and if they have to drive here and there then it would cost them more in fuel then what they would earn. It's a tough one though i mean how much are they worth? i would pay someone £25 per 1000 plus £5 bonus for each job i book in this way it gives them the incentive to get out and deliver them cause to be honest guys it is a sxxxe job and very boring at that for very little money.

davep would you want your leaflets being delivered with lots of others peoples leaflets surely this would have an affect on the return you get so it would work out not so good for you but better for the delivery guy.

Strange really i never relised that you had to deliver like a mad man in order to make a living from carpet cleaning, not many other careers where you have to be this persistant in delivering leaflets surely?

Finding decent leaflet distibutors is easy!

Reliable leaflet distibutors are obviously the guys that go out and walk the streets delivering leaflets on a daily basis and are happy doing it.

So wheres the best place to find them?

Obviously on the streets, you aint gonna find them doing any web search or through any agency.

Just go out delivering yourself for a couple of days and when you spot somebody else doing it keep a eye on them for a couple of streets, if they look like there happy in there work aproach them.

If there happy at doing it for whatever wage there already on there gonna jump at the chance of doing yours as well for a bit extra

Hi red, since i started last year i have been out leafleting but have never come across any other person leafleting so theres the prob. I have contacted the local guy who distributes kleeneazy catologues but he wasn't interested i thought he was crazy he could be earning extra money doing what he already does but he didn't want to know some people i wonder about? :)
