window above conservatory

hi again just wondering how do you do windows above conservatorys  using trad as been asked thanks

With great difficulty :( . I use an extention pole and can only blade downwards. Also detailing is tricky at best. Where possible it's better to do them from inside. I always tell customers that these windows are "best endeavours" and most accept that.

do you use a step ladder as well or does the pole just reach.

wouldnt bother m8 tell them you wont get it. unless its a one off then strugle and dont break nothink. or get a wfp thats your best bet.

No I put the ladders up against the cons' making sure the top of the stiles don't extend higher than the apex of the cons'....if they do they just get in the way.

I think that this is where wfp comes into it's own.

Ask if you can do them from the inside, if they really want them done then they'll let you.  You can use an extension pole but at that length it's a bit tricky to say the least.
