HydraMaster
« on: March 22, 2007, 03:23:54 pm »
Got back yesterday from the Hydramaster IICRC course, the instructor was the hilarious Steve Polous and ive got to say he was great, he made the course fun and kept you interested and also showed why he is an instructor, ive got nothing but praise for Steve and would also like to mention HydraMaster, they too were very accomodating.  Becuase of the nice weather we had we decided to brave it and camp while we were down cornwall, however things didnt go to plan and on tuesday morning we unzipped the tent to see snow on the ground, we planned to go home early but John let us stay in the Bedsit at the back of his marvelous new facility.  Too many people moan about a company when they do bad, but as Simon did with Dell id like to go on record as saying well done Hydramaster.

ps Got my machine serviced also this to was done with no fuss and little effort on our behalf.

Id agree there Mike.  Think they have a depot nearer home somewhere for urgent pick up of machine parts, think its oxford.

I went down for the stint on wednesday and have to agree completely. My first visit to Hydramaster and I was made to feel very welcome. And Steve certainly has a style of his own - not sure what my customers would make of some of his headwear though!!!!!
