Marcus,

You'll not love skin cancer.  Get that factor 30 on; especially if you're prone to sun burn.

I,ve just had a tumour removed from under my eye. I was lucky because it wasnt too malignant so the outlook is good.

Lesson well and trully learned!!!

Factor 30 at least anywhere the sun can get to exposed skin. By the way I am naturally dark skinned and therfore supposedly not prone to skin cancer  :(

Always remember the rear of your head and neck as well and wear a floppy hat with a rim all the way around.

Dont mess guys (And gals) This is serious. I lost a very good friend just last year through skin cancer. Believe me you dont want to go that way. He was 37 by the way.

The Met Office has issued a warning that heavy snow falls are on the way for parts of the UK, starting on Sunday and persisting until the middle of next week. The blizzards will be driven across the country by cold northerly winds and disruption to roads, rail and air travel is likely.

The first significant snowfalls are expected overnight on Sunday and during Monday.
