6years and I've never met this customer, always pays on time!

I had a Woman ring me to clean her windows, and she said she will be at work leave a bill. I met her for the first time after 20yrs cleaning her windows.

She allways tips £25 every year.

I have a couple of customers who I haven't seen for about a year.  I did have some who I hadn't seen for several years but I've either bumped into them or they've moved away.
That 20 years just has to be an all time record Roy.  I've not even been window cleaning for that long.
