what psi

hi all thinking of making my own 2 man van system, just wondering what psi pump i would need to attatch to it  or would i need two ?.

Get yourself a 100PSI pump. They are usually cheaper than the lower pressure ones.

Also get 1 pump per man. With 2 working from 1 pump you will be pushing it too hard. It will be far more likely to fail and you could well get flow problems. Another thing is if 2 are working form 1 pump and it does fail it means neither can work until its fixed or replaced.

definately 1 pump per man, i would NEVER go down the route of using y-peices etc as the amount of time you'll spend sorting out problems far outweighs the cost buying a second pump.

What size leisure battery would you use to run 2 pumps?

75aH will be plenty, TBH leisure batteries are not really needed unless you do large jobs where you have both pumps running for hours on end.
