Currently got a part time round doing trad,hopefully going full time and changing to wfp in the near future.Is it best to build up my round using trad before splashing out on wfp or change to wfp and hope the new customers will come ?

Hi.

I started out totally WFP from the start 18 months ago. I bought a small round off an old timer and had to convert the customers from trad to WFP. That was the hardest bit. I am full up with customers now and even with WFP its turning into a 6 week turnaround from what used to be 4 weekly.

I would go WFP straight away then you dont have to do the changeover bit. You will also find that you will be able to take work on that you couldnt do safely from ladders.
