Its ok

Andy Cheney

What can i say< I know they was good to you in the beginning as you were one of there first customers , they did some active marketing for you.

But the recent prices were pure greed on there behalf.

Did you give them permission to use Smart cleaning Quotes

WOW :o £175 for that

I would of went for £300-£400 for that and done it over 2 days.

There looks like a lot problems getting to certain areas.

Come to think of it, i would have turned that down more trouble than its worth!

Hi Stuart,

I am a laddersfree member and have not heard a thing since I paid them the money apart from getting my welcome pack. Not too impressed so far and doubt I will renew next year unless I get some work from them or through the website.

I am also safecontractor and have not got any work through them but I do think this helps a little when quoting for jobs.

Hope this helps a little mate,

Kind regards,

Nigel

Stuart

Thats what i thought.

I initially agreed to do the job because i felt obliged to do it, because i thought if i didnt do it they wouldnt offer me anything else.

I was just going to put staff on it but even then i would of struggled with it. just before i was due to clean it ,I did my elbow in and had staffing problems, so I had to ditch it at the last minute.

Close escape springs to mind

Come to think about it David, I did but some years ago, (but have not a member for some months) I do know them very well at Laddersfree and have always found them very friendly and professional, I didn't renew my membership last year because of the bad pricing on the resent work and as I have been getting rid of bad payers and under priced work, I didn't renew with them

Andy
PS one time I done a big job for them, which gave me a cash flow problem, I phoned laddersfree and they gave me 50% of the job with-in the 1st week of doing it, not to many commercial contracts would do that, if any.
