how do i quote on this forum

hi all
how do i quote another poster on the form, i.e. to get the quote up in the light blue coloured box???? ??? ??? ??? ???

Just look at the top right of the post and you will see the word quote click that and just type your text below the bottom quote in brackets.
You can delete any text in the quote that you don't need.

every other post comes up blue!  blue white blue white.

If your quote is from a blue post it will show blue

I prefer blue myself ;D

sorry pj but thats not correct, other peoples quotes come up blue regardless of wether they are from blue or white posts.

this is how I do it ........... click on quote at the right hand side of the post that you wish to quote,

This will put the text in the "post reply" box that comes up.

Move your curser (mouse pointer) to the verry end of any text, then left click, then press the enter key twice. This should move the cursur down by two lines.

Type your message and click post.

Hope this helps

Now try to delete bits of the quote you don't need in a topic, like your trying to emphasize something. like I have done.
