george systems

hi there was wondering if anyone else has had this where the system crashes and says cannot be opend for exclusive use dont know what to do nxt plz help
as i have a lot of work on there
and cant get it to run  as this keeps coming up

I think it means you have it running somewhere else ,it can only be used by single user

i dont under stand mate . i only use the hot sync and it has a short cut on my desk top which usually takes me straight there  any suggestions as to how to find it if it is running else where ~?

press crtl+alt+delete to run "task manager" click on processes tab and look to see if GEO3.EXE is running more than once if it is select it and press "end task" until you only have 1 instance of george running

Hope you understand this

but if youre trying to hot sinc  your palm I may have the wrong end of the stick if so try a hotsync only when geo is not running on the desktop

Hiya, Tried that, not running at all so thats not the problem. A bit scared to run a hot sync incase the info on pocket george gets lost.

Install and run the Data Fix program from our Downloads page. That normally solves the problem.
