Freezing hoses
« on: January 24, 2007, 09:06:53 pm »
I tried this the other night and it worked

Am trying it tonight and will let you know. Its surpose to be colder.

I,ve drained the hose from the di filter to outlet
(this is the hose that runs along the side of the van)

(also the hose on reel)

it only took 5 min

If it works it,s a lot less hassle than rigging up a heater.

Ray, if after you drain the hose you fill it with windshield washer fluid it wont freeze no matter how cold it gets and just drain it out the next morning
