No,  but I have a Stimvak which does an excellent job.

Don't use it much now though as I don't really do that sort of work anymore.

Available pretty cheap to anyone who wants it !

I presume they sell them but you rareley see one on Ebay or items for sale.

They are eithier very good and nobody wants to get rid of one.

Or there is another alternitive

I have an Ashby power brush which I use on areas of heavily soiled carpets. It tends to use a lot of water but it does a fantastic job where you may struggle with wand only.
I use on main walkway areas and finish off the rest of the area with normal wand. I do not use it in small areas as it takes a bit more time and is harder to maneuver than a wand.

I have 2 of the Extracta ones and they are excellent, only downside is there really heavy, i was thinking of replacing with the Ashbys ones as im sure there a lot lighter.

I have yet to clean a carpet with a wand and be happy with the results, i really dont know how most of the guys on here manage
i think wands are poo, even with a t/m im still not happy with the results.

I get better results with 100psi hardly any heat and just twin vac motors, using a powerbrush, than i do using the wand with a t/m with constant heat loads of suction and 3-400 psi :

Hi,

I've got the ashby metal power brush.

The reason I purchased this particular power brush was because (in no particular order !).

1    The weight is reasonable 12.2 Kg.
2    It has a 5m powerlead.
3    Not too wide a head.
4    It has a cylindrical helix brush.
5    Being metal it is robust.
6    It has a good carrying handle.
7    See thru extraction window.
8    Can be used with a porty at 100 psi or a truckmount.

I am personally very pleased with this power brush although in all fairness I have nothing to compare
It with as this is the first power brush I have owned/tried.

I wish the handle was not fixed as this means the power brush does not stand upright and falls backwards.
This may be because I had a heat shrouded connecter fitted and this small added weight might be the
reason this ? 

I normally try to use the power brush when I am using micro splitters or when I am cleaning really trashed carpets.
In both cases I usually only use the power brush on clear areas as maneuverability is an issue with
all these power brushes.

On clear areas the power brush is far quicker than a wand and does not require multiple dry strokes.

I have found that I use considerably less water than with a wand and as a consequence the
carpet is left a great deal dryer.

Using micro splitters I pre-vac - pre-spray - agitate - and then rinse off using the power brush.
I believe that using the power brush in this situation even with a 130 psi porty more than compensates
for any lack of psi.

The brush is doing the work far better than any jet of water (whatever the psi) could ever possibly do !

I too have an Ashbys power brush and use it on most occasions over my wand.
Like others have already mentioned I find it uses more water than the wand and is less affective when I turn down the flow control. But I can live with filling my porty a few times as I usually only have to make 1 pass with it and carpets are drier than with the wand.
But yes they are fairly heavy and tricky in confined spaces but other than that, wouldn't be without one.
